Summer is here but so is Covid-19. This summer is different from the rest, there are very few events happening at the beach and the new normal is social distancing along with wearing masks. Please keep this is mind when visiting the beaches.

If planning on charter boat fishing call your favorite Charterboat Company to schedule your fishing trip, as space is limited due to the 6 foot distancing even on the boats. As of the day of this newsletter, the events that are planned are the Booming Bay Fireworks display at the Marina in Westport.

In Ocean Shores. the G.H. Youth Athletics Golf Tournament, Dinner and Auction is on July 11 and the Go Hog Wild event is on July 24-26th.

Please check out the events direct links to make sure the events are still happening. Of course there are the open beaches to light fireworks off and to enjoy, but please remember to leave with what you brought including your garbage and the fireworks that you have used. Enjoy the beaches!
